Build. Recognize. Upgrade.

  1. The item you carry is your bound Hearthstone Core. Recover it with /territory token if needed.
  2. Follow the layer guide to complete this Hearthstone tier, keeping the gold heart and every required block from the lower stages.
  3. Stand within eight blocks of the original core and right-click your Hearthstone Core. The menu item turns green when the upgrade is ready, or red with a reason when it is unavailable. Click green to preview, then confirm within 60 seconds.
  4. Right-click your Hearthstone Core to manage your home, show its boundary and invite other players.

Building before your initial claim? Right-click the gold heart with your Hearthstone Core to detect the highest complete tier. You can claim its full volume immediately, without claiming Stage 1 first. If neighbors or world limits block that size, the preview explains the highest tier that fits. Confirm the exact preview within 60 seconds.

Understand your borders

Stage 4 protects a 200 × 200 horizontal footprint from the world’s minimum build Y to its maximum build Y. In the Overworld this is Y −64 through 319, inclusive: 384 blocks high. Other worlds use their own build limits. No one without building permission can build above or beneath your claim within that footprint. Horizontally, protection extends from core −100 through +99, inclusive. The viewer shows an Overworld example with a core at Y 64; layer 1 is the foundation below it. Existing registered Wardtowers receive the full-height protection automatically.

One starter territory per owner, across all worlds. Protection persists offline and has no upkeep. Previewing alone does not claim the land.

The default spawn exclusion is 128 horizontal blocks. World boundaries, reserved areas and existing claim columns can prevent placement. Recent PvP damage adds a 30-second founding or upgrade delay. The full protected volume must fit within world limits.

Adding to Stage 3

Add 77 stone bricks, 56 polished andesite, 4 iron blocks, 16 chiseled stone bricks and 1 netherrack. Bring flint and steel to light the netherrack; the flame stays protected while registered. The checklist shows the full structure, including previous stages.

No Coin charge, rooms, paths or enclosure checks. Extra decoration is welcome. Only the owner can confirm an upgrade; members and invitations stay intact. The menu refreshes while open and checks the structure again when confirming.

Stewards manage ordinary members, not owners or other stewards. Territory storage access lets members collect ore-tree drops; it does not transfer tree ownership.

Only the owner can abandon a claim, using a fresh confirmation. The Hearthstone’s required blocks are locked until then. Abandoning destroys its gold heart; other blocks remain. Stay near the Hearthstone so its core is loaded.
